I decided to purchase this case for a few reasons. One portability to effortless fit in my pocket and two protection for that fabulous screen. So after digging for eight days due to the fact I had initially edition bundle from gamestop I knew that I would have to have a case for my PSVITA 3G+Wifi.
So far Hori appears to answer my calling. I had two options the silicone case or this 1. So far the Face cover looks nice with glossy plastic but feels a like low cost. If you had been to compare the 3DS armor instances to this its something like that. The case does it job by safeguarding the best element if the technique which as soft tough like material. It fits readily inside the case, but is difficult to put it out. Back the of the housing you have access to the touch pad and camera. The power button, volume buttons, L/R, charge port, headphone jack, and memory card slot are not blocked and simple to access. Also to note that the hinge on the best folds backward permitting access to gamecard and expandable slots.
Overall its a decent case and worth it if you need to have that additional shield for the OLED screen.

Pro: The cover is nicely place together and the way the hinge is put together you can access the leading of the vita to insert your games w/o having to completely remove the cover. To a certain degree, you can use the front cover to hold the vita upright to watch movies. Surface movement may perhaps make the cover flatten out though. It has a protective layer on the other side of the front cover to safeguard the Vita's screen from scratches when the cover is closed and is getting transported.
Con: The cover will make the vita a a bit bigger (no suprise)so if you bought an official cradle or have the initial edition bundle's leather case, you will not be able to use these with the cover installed. The usb connectors on the cradle will not fully insert into the vita so you can't charge it or use the headphone jack on the cradle so the cable that came with the method will be needed to charge the method. The hinges on the on this cover will be in the way of the leather case that comes with the very first edition bundle and may very well be in the way for the official case purchased separately.
Overall, I truly do like the case but I was also hoping to at least be able to charge my Vita on the official cradle but it is not a full loss. Also the inability to put the Vita into my leather case is a bit dissapointment but at the same time it didn't suprise me that it wouldn't fit.
