I picked 1 of these up at a nearby shop, due to the fact I've continually applied and liked these varieties of covers on my PSP. This cover fits well and will do a good job of cushioning your hands and guarding the Vita from daily wear and tear. It genuinely will not present any protection from falls, the Nerf armor would be a better choice if you happen to be prone to dropping things. There is 1 issue that annoys me about this cover, that is the PS button in the lower left is covered up so you have no notion if the LED is lit or what color it is. That's the LED that shows the method is charging and it is aggravating to have to pull back the rubber and look. I'm thinking I will punch a little hole suitable in the center of the button so I can see the status of the LED easily. I've also regarded as cutting out the modest oval that covers the button but I'm afraid the button would be challenging to press if I did that. All in all a really good silicone sleeve and if it were a much more transparent color to let the LED shine by means of it would be great.
EDIT 03-12-2012 I punched a hole by way of the PS button tonight, I utilized a Molex pin extractor (It's generally a tiny round metal tube, about 1/8" diameter) to punch the hole so it is perfectly round and I even managed to get it perfectly centered.
